KEY SCRIPTURE/MEMORY VERSE: Hebrews 12:24(NKJV)
to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

There’s a line of an old song that says- “The blood still works. It will never lose its power.”
That song is a reminder that the present day minstry of Jesus as an High priest is still in operation. All that His blood was shed for, He is continuously voicing for our benefit. Hallelujah!
That’s something to rejoice about!

But if you are ignorant of the ability of the blood to speak for you, you may not lay hold of all the benefits. So the believer must know that blood has a voice and that it is speaking.
In Genesis 4:10, God told Cain after he had killed his brother that his brother’s blood was crying out. Blood talks.
You must know that in the realm of the Spirit, wherever blood is shed, spirits are summoned and communication happens.
Look child of God, spirits are already summoned for your sake because the blood has already been shed.

The Bible says in Hebrews 12:22-24, that we have come unto Mount Zion, to the blood of sprinkling, to an innumerable company of angels. What are angels?
They are ministering spirits(Hebrews 1:14) activated on your behalf! To work things out for you.

It’s interesting to see that there are similarities between Abel and Jesus;
-Abel was a shepherd, Jesus is our good shepherd.
-Abel died a violent death at the hand of someone close to him, his brother.
Jesus also died a violent death and scripture says He came to His own so it was His own.
-The blood of Abel cried, God heard it.
The blood of Jesus speaks and God hears it.
-Abel testified of the righteousness of God(Hebrews 11:4)
Guess what? Jesus is that righteousness.
Can you see the picture here?
One is past tense, the other is present continuous. For your benefit.

But there are differences too;
-Abel was murdered, by force. But Jesus laid down His life. Oh glory to God!
Look, nobody could kill Him. In fact, when they came to arrest Him, the moment He gave Himself up, they fell to the ground(John 18:6).
-Abel died because of His sacrifice, Jesus is the sacrifice.
-Abel’s blood was crying out for revenge. It was saying- “Avenge me.”
The blood of Jesus is saying- “Forgive them.”
Guess what? Jesus’s blood is louder.
-Abel’s blood spoke against one man.
Jesus’s blood is speaking for many men. In fact, the whole world(1 John 2:2).

Hear me, Jesus’s blood is the game changer!
And all these realities are not far-fetched, they are real and they are yours in Christ! Take advantage!

REFLECTION
Take some time to praise God for the better things that the blood of Jesus has spoken and is still speaking for you.

DECLARATION
-I am in Christ. His blood has brought me in.
-This blood is of a higher quality than the old order and its voice speaks better benefits for me.
-Ministering spirits have been activated on my behalf to produce profit for me.
-I rejoice that the blood that speaks for me now is better and effective till date.
-I walk in the experience of all the good things that the blood of Jesus has mediated for me.
-My High priest lives forever to make intercessions for me. I am saved completely and for all eternity.
-By faith, I enjoy all that Grace has provided.
Hallelujah!
